Serra Cross Park at Grant Park

Overview

Set in the foothills above Ventura, Serra Cross at Grant Park offers breathtaking views of the Channel Islands, Ventura and the Pacific ocean. The original wooden cross (placed by Father Juniper Serra in 1782 then replaced in the early 1900's) is still lit at night and once guided mariners. Typical California fauna and hiking trails surround the park.
